Meditation, which is the practice of focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again, actually addresses stress, whether positive or negative.

Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.

It’s about developing your Awareness of who you really are and letting the mind and body relax and release their grip on you.

Our meditation sessions utilise different meditation and mindfulness practices to help you answer the daily questions of life and step towards a more peaceful and tranquil state of mind – after all we all want ‘Peace of Mind’
