The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week in May is Movement: Moving more for Mental Health.

 

Our ethos at SobeyFitness is: Promoting Greater Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing thru Physical Fitness and Wholistic Wellness.

 

Movement doesn’t have to be High Intensity Training. There are lots of activities that would qualify and JUST DOING SOMETHING is a great step in the right direction. 

 

The NHS website is a big advocate of exercise according to them it’s the miracle cure that can reduce your risk of illness or early death by 30% (https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/exercise-health-benefits/)

 

It’s not just physical benefits it’s the boost for your mental health and emotional wellbeing that is so beneficial.

We’ve put together a 3 part coaching programme based on our Life Coaching series to help get you moving in the right direction – our first session is a 45-55 minute talk where we find out where you’re at, what the obstacles and blocks your facing and set a path thru the wilderness to get you onto the right road towards a more fulfilling and happier plane of existence.

 

This is then followed up with two 30 minute coaching sessions that can be fitness based if thats what you’d like or follow other avenues of our coaching programme to fine tune the other areas of your life that need some attention.
