The truth is of course we’re not – like everyone we get annoyed, emotional, angry and upset – that is
perfectly normal.
BUT, we do very quickly come back to a balanced and centred point of view.
How can we do that? Because we see everyone and everything as a blessing and therefore we have an
attitude of gratitude which takes the sting out of the tail of the negative things that come along!
