So what is a Life Coach? according to the International Coaching Federation, a life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.
Here at Sobey Fitness, our Life Coaching style is based on a holistic approach to our health and fitness and recognise that often the stresses and struggles in our personal, emotional and work environments can often have a physical manifestation.
We truly believe that exercise is a great way of venting the stresses we often feel and a great way of taking some control back into our lives.
Physical Coaching is one aspect of the Life Coaching experience there are often lots of little things in our daily lives that with a little bit of coaching we can knock on the head and move on from.
We view this as Holistic Lifecoaching – the sum of our being is made up of many parts – when one, or several of those parts are out of balance this effects the whole of our being – Holistic life coaching therefore is about bringing wholeness to our lives
Whats the Life Coaching format?
Either in person, on the phone or via the internet (Skype or FaceTime) we have an open compassionate chat where we look to unhook ourselves from whatever blocks you the client/coachee might have, and then we the coach help you to become empowered with an answer (or several) that will work for you.
